Who We Are
TingeWorld is an independent publishing imprint registered in the Netherlands. We publish books that take ideas seriously and cheese detours personally. Our breezy skiff is currently charting new waters for the Utopia trilogy, stops include character development locations, gourmet cheese shops, and anywhere the compass points that smells interesting.
Our R&D division is developing an underwater coloring book for dedicated scuba divers. Yes, really. Waterproof pages. Wax crayons. Thirty metres down if necessary.
We champion left-paw artists, the unconventional, the sideways thinkers, the ones who color outside the lines and then outside the page entirely.
Intellectual Property
Everything on this site, text, images, book content, framework concepts, diagrams, and the cheese wedge compass, belongs to TingeWorld and Stephannie Kaye Jones unless otherwise stated.
You may quote us, cite us, and tell your friends about us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish our work without written permission.
The Python reference implementation in the LoveLogic appendix and LoveLogic: The Way and The Reef, are released separately under the MIT Open Source License. Everything else is ours.
Purchases
Book purchases are processed directly through TingeWorld. You'll receive an invoice with payment options. If something goes wrong with your order, email us. We'll fix it.
We don't offer refunds on physical books that have been opened and read — you've already had the experience. If your book arrives damaged or lost in transit, we'll sort it. That's on us.
Review Copies
Review copies are offered at our discretion to journalists, researchers, academics, podcasters, and serious readers. Requesting a review copy is not a guarantee of receiving one. Receiving one is not a guarantee of a positive review, we'd rather have your honest opinion than your approval.

We occasionally link to external sites, Substack, Lulu, partner pages. We're not responsible for what lives out there. Navigate accordingly.
Limitation of Liability
TingeWorld publishes ideas. We publish them carefully and honestly. We are not liable for what you do with them once they're in your hands. Use them well.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Netherlands. We'd rather resolve them over email and a good cheese board, but the law is the law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, the date at the bottom changes. That's your signal to have a quick read.
